The book many of their fans were expecting long ago in a understandable -for many- language since the first edition in dutch released in 1997. The whole story as it was, through testimonials from their members of every period, managers, technicians and related people. No fandom fuelled glorification, no ugly moments hidden. The author just contributes with some text that links the story told by the ones who lived it, from the family background to the later solo careers. Despite the great amount of in-depth details, the reading is highly addictive thanks to the informal contributions of the interviewees. It comes with nearly two hundred rare photos, a complete discography, recording sessions, a list of their gigs and even all their instruments and equipment. A strong favorite of us!

El libro que sus fans estábamos esperando -en un idioma comprensible para muchos- desde su publicación en holandés en 1997. El autor pone toda la historia, tal como fue, en boca de sus protagonistas (miembros de todas las épocas, managers, técnicos y gente cercana). No cae en glorificaciones ni oculta los momentos feos, limitándose a aportar el texto justo para dar continuidad a la historia, desde los orígenes familiares hasta sus carreras posteriores. A pesar de la profusión de detalles de todo tipo, la lectura se hace adictiva gracias al tono quen usan los entrevistados. Se incluyen unas doscientas fotos, una discografía completa, las sesiones de grabación, los conciertos y hasta el equipo utilizado. Favoritísimo.
