Two R&B blasts that were released separately by Checker in the early to mid 60's. On one side, the first Ko Ko Taylor's version of "Wang Dang Dula", written by Willie Dixon (who contributes here with backing vocals). On the other side, the Lovers master a perfect sample of the most electric R&B, just one step from the Rock and Roll sound.
Emparejamiento de dos cañonazos de R&B originalmente publicados por separado en el sello Checker en la primera mitad de los 60. En una cara, la primera versión del "Wang Dang Doodle" de Willie Dixon (que hace coros aquí) que hizo Ko Ko Taylor. En la otra, los Lovers con una estupenda muestra del R&B más eléctrico y cercano al Rock and Roll.
