These comps were originally intended to be part of the "Teenage Shutdown" series, but the material was barely related and very little info was located, so they were closer to the "Garage Punk Unknown" series that ended with volume 8 back in 1995. Solution? A brand new series in the same vein, with unknown bands, not classified with sound, area or otherwise criteria. Fifteen tracks of mostly 60's Punk no-ones. Gatefold sleeve, notes made with the scarce info found and pictures of bands that don't have necessarily anything to do with the ones featured on the record.

Estas recopilaciones iban a ser en principio parte de la serie "Teenage Shutdown", pero el material seleccionado apenas tenía relación entre sí y la información disponible era muy escasa, por lo que estaban más cerca de los antiguos "Garage Punk Unknowns", que dejaron de publicarse con el volumen 8 en 1995. ¿Solución? Una nueva serie del mismo rollo, con grupos desconocidos, sin clasificar por criterios de sonido o área. Quince temas de perfectos don nadies del 60's Punk. Portada abierta, notas con la poca información encontrada y fotos de grupos que no tienen necesariamente relación con los del disco.
