Allen Toussaint is one of the main names of the music from New Orleans, aling with Fats Domino, Dave Bartholomew and Eddie Bo. This is his first album, released in 1958 and completely instrumental. There is a strong influene from that town's marching bands, perfectly blended with R&B, Rock and Roll and Jazz.
